Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse – Outpatient Clinic

Location: Columbus, Ohio
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (5 days/week, 40 hours/week)
Patient Population: Adults and Geriatrics
Patient Volume: Approximately 125 visits per day
Specialty: GI Oncology

Job Description

First-time travel nurses are welcome to apply.
Work setting: Outpatient clinic focused on GI Oncology.
Required skills include:
- GI Oncology care
- Cardiac Arrest/CPR response
- Starting IVs
- Laboratory testing (blood glucose via glucometer)
- Specimen collection
Documentation system used: EPIC.

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio.
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinic setting, including outpatient clinics.
Clinic experience within the last year.
Experience in oncology nursing.
Proficient in Cardiac Arrest/CPR response; BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association.
