Job Description

Seeking a highly skilled Cath Lab Tech to join the team. Enjoy the scenic beauty and outdoor adventures of Montana and Big Sky/Yellowstone country on your days off.

Required Experience

• Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
• Years of Experience: Not explicitly stated; assume minimum 1+ year experience in specialty (default to higher if conflicting info arises)

Certifications & Licenses Required

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) – AHA only, certificates of completion NOT accepted
• BLS (Basic Life Support) – AHA only, certificates of completion NOT accepted
• Tech Certification (National) – Required for Radiology Tech: Generalist, Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology (e.g., ARRT)
• State License – Montana state license required within 30 days of start (temp licenses NOT accepted)

Background Checks & Verifications

• 7-year background check required within 30 days of start; must renew annually
• EPLS/GSA/SAM check required within 30 days of start
• HHS/OIG check required within 30 days of start
• Education verification of highest level completed required

Health & Safety Requirements

• Physical exam within 1 year of start, stating good health and ability to perform job duties
• Quantitative fit test with 3M mask within 90 days prior to start (qualitative tests not accepted; must be clean-shaven)
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray, renewed annually
• Required immunizations or proof of immunity:

  • Rubeola (Measles)
  • Mumps
  • Rubella
  • Hepatitis B
  • Varicella
• Negative drug screen within 30 days of start, renewed annually
• Seasonal flu vaccination required during flu season (Oct 31 - Mar 31), with accepted exemptions
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required

Documentation & History Requirements

• Current and valid driver’s license, government photo ID, or passport
• Proof of name change if applicable
• Employment application covering 7 years with explanations for gaps over 30 days
• Two references required, including one direct supervisor reference within the last year
• Employment verification preferred for last 5 years
• Skills checklist as applicable

Additional Notes

• Client approvals for certifications and licenses coordinated through compliance
• Onsite OSHA form required for fit testing
• Physical exam must be signed by MD, NP, or PA (chiropractor signatures not accepted)
• Religious exemptions for mask fit testing evaluated case-by-case
