Location: Kerrville, Texas
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Support cardiac, vascular, and interventional radiology (IR) procedures in a regional PCI Center with 24/7 call coverage.
No CT surgery or structural heart procedures performed.
Device procedures only with electrophysiology (EP), no ablation.

Specialty: Registered Nurse (Cath Lab)
Minimum 2 years of experience in specialty required.
Prior travel experience: Not required (1st time travelers are welcome).
Licenses/Certifications:
- Current RN license valid in Texas.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) required.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) required.
- CCI RCIS certification preferred but not required.

Government-issued photo ID required.
Background checks including 7-year search, education verification, and annual federal exclusions (EPLS/GSA/SAM, HHS/OIG).
Physical exam within 1 year of start (not required by facility but required for placement).
Immunizations and health screenings required within 72 hours of contract signing:
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray.
- Vaccinations or declinations for Hepatitis B, TDAP, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, COVID-19, and seasonal flu.
Drug screening: Negative 10-panel drug screen within 1 year of start.
Annual competency exams and skills checklists as applicable.
Two professional references within 3 years required.

This position involves working in a high-acuity cath lab environment with cardiac and vascular interventions.
Candidates should be prepared for 24/7 call responsibilities.
Facility does not perform CT surgery or structural heart procedures.
Device procedures are limited to those done with EP; no ablation procedures.
