Seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for home health care providing geriatric patient services. The role involves managing an average of 5-7 patients per day within a 60-mile radius of the office hub. Flexibility with travel territory is expected.

Required Qualifications

• Valid LPN / LVN license in Kansas

• BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) EMR
