Job Opportunity: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Location: Burlingame, California
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required.
Cross-trained to work on all units as needed.
Floating to various units based on demand.
Variable shift start times between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
Work every other weekend.

Required Qualifications

Valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker license in California.
Minimum 4 years of Licensed Clinical Social Worker experience, including experience within the last year.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA or ARC).

Additional Requirements

Must provide a passport-style photo for badge.
Must complete TB screening questionnaire within 90 days of start, renewed annually.
Employment application must include full 7 years of work history with no gaps.
Two professional references required within 3 years for clinical positions.
Must comply with all background and credential verifications within 30 days of start.
Candidates with religious or medical exemptions for vaccines or fit testing must complete specific exemption forms and obtain approval.

Shift Details

Variable start times between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
Every other weekend required.
Floating to various units as needed.

Notes

Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.

Facility does not allow PAPR use onsite; fit testing failures due to facial hair require shaving and retesting.
