Job Opportunity: NICU Registered Nurse (Travel/Contract)

Location: Richmond, Virginia
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Position: NICU Registered Nurse
Shifts: Rotating shifts
Minimum Experience: 2 years in specialty
Electronic Health Record: Epic experience required (no exceptions)
Prior Travel Experience: Must have prior travel experience
Locals allowed at same rate

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Virginia
Minimum 2 years of NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care) experience, including experience within the last year
Current certifications issued by the American Heart Association: ACLS, BLS, and PALS
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
Certified Stroke Technician (CST) certification
National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Prior travel nursing experience
Experience with Epic electronic medical record system
