**Job Description:**

- **Position:** Dental Assistant
- **Start Date:** ASAP
- **Shift:** Day shifts, 4x10 hours (Tuesday - Friday, 06:30 - 17:00)
- **Experience Required:** Minimum of 1 year in general dentistry (additional experience in specialized fields preferred)
- **Licensure:** Must be licensed through the Washington State Department of Health as a DA or RDA. Applicants must apply for WA license on the day of application or hold it at submission. Pending licenses accepted.

**What You'll Do:**

- Provide exceptional patient care in a supportive dental residency clinic environment
- Obtain and record patients' allergies and dental history
- Assist in the care and comfort of patients
- Obtain vital signs to ensure patient well-being
- Work under the supervision of a lead Dental Assistant for training and guidance
- Interact with a unique patient population, including those with special needs

**Highlights:**

- **Block Schedules:** Not required
- **Weekend Shifts:** No weekend shifts required, enjoy long weekends!
- **Pre-Approved Time Off:** One request allowed, must be submitted at time of application
- **Orientation Hours:** 30 hours
- **Patient Visits:** Handle approximately 10 visits per day
- **Treatment Rooms:** Work across 6 treatment rooms
- **Charting System:** EPIC
