Location: Marrero, Louisiana
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Provide nursing care in both Pediatric and Adult Emergency Room settings.
Pediatric cases are rare but candidates must be able to care for both populations if needed.
Work schedule options:
- Alternating 3x12-hour shifts one week and 4x12-hour shifts the next week, or
- Consistent 4x12-hour shifts weekly.
Weekend shifts required.
Holiday shifts required every other holiday.

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Louisiana.
Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department (ED) experience, including experience within the last year.
Completion of at least one travel nursing assignment.
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
Experience working with both Pediatric and Adult patients.
Current certifications issued by the American Heart Association:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
Experience with Epic electronic medical record system.
