Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist for a dynamic outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and rehabilitation.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of outpatient experience
• BLS Certification required
• New Jersey PT License required at time of submission

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients to develop appropriate treatment plans
• Provide physical therapy treatment in an outpatient setting
• Document all aspects of patient care in a timely and effective manner
• Engage in professional development for both self and staff
• Perform other duties as assigned
