Required Qualifications

Active RN license with verification
BLS certification
Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification

Onboarding Requirements

COVID-19 vaccination documentation, declination, or exemption

Hepatitis B series documentation or declination
TB screening: 2-step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/T-Spot); chest X-ray and TB questionnaire if prior TB result is positive
