Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical/Telemetry

Location: Hartford, Connecticut
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Night Shift, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Hours: 36 hours per week, every other week

Job Description

• Provide nursing care on a Medical/Surgical/Telemetry unit.
• Must hold current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Connecticut.
• Minimum of 1 year of Medical/Surgical and Telemetry nursing experience within the last year.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.
• ACLS certification.
• Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing.

Compliance and Documentation Requirements

• Signed Code of Conduct form.
• Signed Confidentiality and Information Security Agreement.
• Signed Conflict of Interest Disclosure form.
• Criminal background check covering federal, nationwide, and county records for the last 7 years, including SSN verification, dated within 30 days of start.
• Education verification of highest academic degree or diploma/GED.
• EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) and OIG (Office of Inspector General) clearance within 30 days of start.
• Joint Commission CORE exam within the last year.
• NSO (National Sex Offender) check dated within 30 days of start.
• OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions check within 30 days of start.
• System Access form completed and uploaded one week before start.
• Skills checklist provided by agency for clinical contractors.

Additional Information

• Prior travel experience is not specified as required.
• This is a night shift position requiring strong clinical skills in medical/surgical and telemetry nursing.
• Candidates must be prepared to submit all required documentation and certifications prior to onboarding.
