Job Overview

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Ohio.
• ED - Emergency Department (1 year of experience).
• ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year.
• BLS issued by American Heart Association.
• PALS issued by American Heart Association.
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association.
• NIHSS.
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Driver's License.

Onboarding / Compliance

• Background check completed within 6 months of start.
• OIG search completed within 6 months of start.
• SAM/EPLS/GSA/OFAC screening completed within 6 months of start.
• Drug screen completed within 60 days of start.
• Ohio fingerprints required.
• License/certification verification completed within 30 days of start.
• I-9 attestation required.
• Module completion certificate required before clearance.

Health Requirements

• MMR immunity documentation required.
• Hepatitis B documentation required.
• Varicella immunity documentation required.
• Tdap vaccination within the last 10 years.
• Fit test completed within 1 year of start.
• TB testing required.
• Influenza vaccine proof required from October through March.
• COVID-19 vaccination is preferred, not required.

Additional Notes

• If influenza vaccine is declined, masking attestation and influenza declination forms are required.
• If Ohio fingerprints are pending, attestation is allowed.
