Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in New York
ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
CPI
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License

Onboarding / Compliance Notes

BLS and CPI must not expire during the assignment
Fit test must be completed within the last 12 months
Physical/health statement must be within the past 12 months
TB testing is an annual requirement
State license verification must be completed within 30 days of start
Resume dates must be in MM/YY format
A valid, current U.S. driver’s license or U.S. ID is required and cannot be expired
