Job Description
- Position involves working within a physical therapy setting focused on rehabilitation therapy.
- Managed through ShiftWise Flex platform for compliance, billing, and assignment management.
- Dress Code: Business Casual
- Electronic Health Record (EHR) system used: NextGen
- Patient Age Groups: Adolescent, Adults, Geriatric
- Expected Productivity: Approximately 11 patient visits per day

Requirements & Preferences
- BLS/BCLS certification required
- Preference for Physical Therapists with previous PT experience
