1 year of experience
1 prior travel assignment

Schedule / Work Expectations

Every other weekend
On-call for low census
Holidays rotate with permanent staff
Must be flexible with changing assignments during the shift

Unit / Assignment Details

1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio
Floating required
Floor-specific orientation provided
Telemetry monitoring present on some units
MedSurg floats to Orthopedics/Neurology, Oncology, and Acute Care
ICU/ED floats to Cardiology, ICU, and ED

Clinical Environment

BIPAP, CPAP, vapotherm, and Draeger ventilators used
PICC access available
Respiratory therapy available 24/7
Pharmacy available 24/7
OB/Neonatologist in house
No IV team

Strict 75-mile radius rule
