Job Details
- Provides direct and indirect occupational therapy services to patients in home or alternative settings.
- Evaluates patient needs, develops treatment plans in collaboration with physicians, administers therapeutic exercises, and educates patients and caregivers on daily living activities.
- Supervises assigned Occupational Therapy Assistants.
- Productivity requirement: 30 points per 40 hours
- Mileage reimbursement: 0.48 cents per mile
- Counties covered: Mecklenburg and Union
