Job Opportunity: Sonographer

Location: Juneau, Alaska
Employment Type: Contract Clinician
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Perform echo and/or vascular exams.
Utilize equipment including Philips Epiq 7 and Powerscribe reporting system.
Work schedule consists of 4-10 hour shifts with after-hours and weekend call required (approximately 7 days per month).
No floating to other units/departments.
Facility is a 60-bed hospital with approximately 80% outpatient volume.
Dress code: Scrubs.

Required Qualifications

RDCS certification required; RDMS preferred.
Experience in echocardiography required; echo/vascular experience preferred.
BLS (AHA) certification required.

Additional Notes

Echo experience is mandatory.
After-hours and weekend call responsibilities are part of the role.
