Job Opportunity: Technologist (CVOR - PRMC)

Job Description

• Work in Cath Lab and Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) serving adult patients only.
• Function as the scrub for Cardiologist and/or Vascular Surgeon during procedures.
• Procedures involve Diagnostic Cath Lab duties and surgical vascular cases.
• Equipment includes 5 Philips-equipped Cath Lab rooms (2 are Hybrid rooms) and 4 CVOR surgical rooms. Portable C-arm used in CVOR cases.
• Hours of operation: 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM, three 12-hour shifts per week, Monday through Friday.
• On-call coverage required with a 30-minute response time to hospital arrival. On-call days vary based on surgeon schedules.
• No floating to other units; work is based at one facility.
• Scrubs provided.
• Orientation includes general hospital orientation, EPIC/Cupid training, and department-specific training with Cath Lab Lead RT.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, or Surgical Vascular scrub.
• ARRT certification required.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required.
• Indiana state license required.

Additional Information

• Call coverage is mandatory with a 30-minute response time.
• Must be able to work three 12-hour shifts per week.
• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.
