Number of staff: Approximately 22 full-time equivalents
Day shift staffing: 16 full-time RNs, 1 part-time RN, 2 pending RNs, 5 PRN team members, 1 OR analyst
Night shift staffing: None
Patient ratio: 1:1 in OR
Equipment used: Brain Lab, DaVinci surgical system, Microscope
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system: Meditech

Work Schedule and Call

Call shifts are mandatory based on unit needs
Weekend call shifts: 7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am
Weekday call shifts: 3pm to 7am
