Role: Registered Dietician
Shift: Day (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Weekly Hours: 36 hours
Weekend Hours: None
Call Requirements: None
Float Requirements: None

Patient Population

Adult and Geriatric patients

Facility Profile

40-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital
Specialized rehabilitation for stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, orthopedic injury
Use of Cerner EHR system
Equipment includes Meal Tracker

Common Diagnoses/Treatments

Neurological conditions
Wounds
Amputees
Debility
Cardiac conditions
Diabetes Mellitus (DM)

Required Qualifications

Valid RDN - Registered Dietitian Nutritionist license in Tennessee
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with a minimum of 2 years of experience
Experience as an RDN within the last year
Experience working with adult or geriatric patients

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in hospital settings (acute or rehabilitation)

Additional Information

Works well with kitchen staff is a preferred personality fit
Reporting time on first day: 8:00 AM
Parking available in hospital parking garage
