Job Opportunity: Interventional Radiology Technologist

Location: Bridgeport, Connecticut
Employment Type: Long Term
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Specialty

Interventional Radiology Lab with Neuroendovascular focus

Required Experience

Interventional Radiology (IR) and Neuro Endovascular experience required
Neuro IR experience strongly preferred
At least 1 year of Neuro experience preferred (use 1 year as required years of experience)

Certifications Required

CT Radiographer license
ARRT certification
RT(R)
BLS (AHA)

Work Details

Department: IR and Neuroendovascular
Unit Size: 3 procedural rooms
Patient-to-tech ratio: 1:1 per procedure
Cases per day: 10-20
Shift: Four 10-hour shifts (4x10s)
On-call: Rotating evening, weekend, and holiday coverage; on-call hours start at 5:30 PM on weekdays
