Emergency Room Registered Nurse

Location

Duluth, Minnesota

Contract

Travel assignment
13 weeks
36 guaranteed hours per week

Schedule

12-hour day/night variable shifts
Shift times: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Every other weekend and holidays as needed
May be low censused and placed on call; call back minimum is 2 hours

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Minnesota
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
BLS issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association
ACLS
PALS
NIHSS
TNCC

Clinical Setting

Level 2 trauma, stroke, and STEMI center
Adult and pediatric emergency care
Approximately 75 patients per day
Typical patient ratio is 4:1

Float within the emergency department
Epic familiarity preferred
Scrub color: royal blue
No sweatshirts or hoodies
