Unit & Patient Care

• Adaptive Acuity Unit
• Occasional PCU care required (3:1 patient ratio) — non-negotiable
• Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:5
• 25-bed critical access hospital
• Holiday time off requests (RTO) will NOT be considered; all available time already reserved
• No call, call-back, or charge responsibilities
• Overtime worked at regular rate (no multiplier)

Experience & Skills Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of current med-surg/telemetry experience required
• PCU experience strongly required
• DRIP experience required
• ICU experience strongly preferred
• Charge nurse experience preferred
• Minimum 3 months previous travel nursing experience required (non-negotiable)
• Willingness to float to any inpatient unit within scope of practice
• Small critical access facility experience preferred

Certifications & Licenses

• ACLS (AHA)
• BLS (AHA)
• Vermont RN license required

• Traveler must have own vehicle
• Permanent address must be included in profile

• 25-bed critical access hospital
• Offers 24-hour emergency care, general surgery, hospitalist program
• Comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services including Adult Day Program, Physical Therapy, and Rehabilitation
• Medical specialties: ENT, orthopaedics and sports medicine, cosmetic & reconstructive surgery, urology, psychiatry
• Specialty clinics for cardiology, medical oncology, and infusion services in collaboration with regional medical centers
• Inpatient psychiatric services offered at a nearby 10-bed facility
