Provide specialized bedside nursing care focused on symptom management, crisis intervention, and family education for hospice patients.
Manage patient care and services with compassion and quality, primarily working in patients’ residences.
Travel required to long-term care facilities, hospitals, and area agencies within the service area.
Occasional overnight travel outside the service area may be necessary for continuing education.
Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team.
Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Employee is at direct risk for exposure to infections and blood-borne pathogens.

Dress code is business casual; no specific scrub color required.
