Weekends: Required, 4 weekend shifts per 6 weeks
Patient ratio: 1:4

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Texas
Med Surg (1 year of experience)
Med Surg experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
NURSYS verification required
ACLS certification
Education verification required
Background check required
Government-issued photo ID
Social Security card, as applicable for I-9
E-Verify attestation
Employment application covering at least the last 5 years
Minimum of 2 references covering 1 year of employment total within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting

Health Requirements

Physical exam within 1 year of start
Fit mask clearance
Tdap within 10 years
Negative TB test or chest X-ray
Measles, mumps, rubella immunity or vaccination documentation
Hepatitis B documentation or declination
Varicella immunity or vaccination documentation
Drug screen within 12 months of start
Flu vaccination or declination during flu season
COVID vaccination record or declination
Respiratory safety clearance

Additional Notes

Free parking is available in unrestricted employee/visitor parking areas
Navy blue scrubs are required for licensed nursing personnel
