Job Overview

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Maryland
• Home Health (2 years of experience)
• Home Health experience within the last year
• 1 completed travel assignment
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• SPT
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Experience with OASIS
• Experience with Homecare Homebase

Job Details

• Home health role with ASAP start
• Orientation occurs every Monday
• No weekend or call requirements
• Float coverage to another zip code may be requested
• Personal vehicle required for home care visits
• Reliable vehicle required with valid licensure and insurance
• Mileage reimbursement is provided

• Local candidates within 60 miles are accepted at a lower rate
• Visit volume is based on a point system and may range from 3 to 6 visits per day
