Location: Mayfield Heights, Ohio
Employment Type: Travel/Contract

Job Summary

Seeking a Registered Nurse for a travel/contract position in a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit.

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio.
Minimum 1 year of Medical-Surgical/Telemetry experience, with experience within the last year.
ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).

Additional Notes

Government-issued photo ID required on assignment.
Candidates may start with fingerprint results pending if fingerprinting is completed prior to start.
Physical exam and eye exam do not need to be updated annually if currently on assignment without a break.
Flu vaccination documentation must be submitted by November 30th for current candidates; no declinations accepted.
Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position.
