Interventional Radiology Travel Contract, Kingman, Arizona

Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology Job Type: Travel/Contract Contract Length: 26 weeks Schedule: Day shift, 4x10 hours (07:00-17:30), 10 hours/day, 40 hours/week, with rotating call

Eligibility Restrictions

• Clinicians who live within 100 miles of the facility cannot be placed.
• Does not accept first-time travelers.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Interventional Radiology Technologist license in Arizona
• Interventional Radiology Technologist with 5 years of experience
• Interventional Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
• One completed travel assignment
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• BLS (Basic Life Support) issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• ARRT certification

Certifications and Competencies, As Required

• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure), as required
• Medication test/pharmacology competency exam, as applicable by profession
• Competency exam, as applicable by profession and specialty
• Role-specific job description, completed for each role

Background and Screening

• 7-year background check completed within 30 days of start and updated annually, including county searches, nationwide sex offender search, and education verification
• Transcript or diploma
• Exclusion list checks (EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG), updated annually
• 9-panel drug screen within 30 days of start (instant drug screen acceptable, not renewed annually)
• 2 professional references within 3 years of start

Health Requirements

• Physical exam within 1 year of start, not required annually
• Fit test within 1 year of start, updated annually
• Negative TB test (PPD, QuantiFERON Gold, or T-SPOT) within 1 year of start, updated annually, or a past positive chest X-ray within 5 years of start with annual TB questionnaire
• TB questionnaire annually
• Immunity documentation for measles, mumps, and rubella: titer, or 2 MMR doses at least 28 days apart, for candidates born in 1957 or later
• Hepatitis B: titer, declination, or 3-dose vaccine series
• Varicella: titer, 2 vaccines at least 4 weeks apart, or history of chickenpox
• Flu vaccine or declination required during flu season (10/1-3/31)

Other Requirements

• Clear, passport-style badge photo with a solid background
• Facility-specific forms completed as a priority, including security and confidentiality agreement, behavioral expectations, right-to-know, HIPAA and information security training, and agency candidate form
• Skills checklist completed annually
