Overview

Travel/Contract role in New Brunswick, New Jersey
Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:30
36 hours per week
Contract length: 13 weeks
Accepts first-time travelers

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in New Jersey
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
BLS issued by American Heart Association
PALS issued by American Heart Association
Hematology / Oncology experience within the last year
2 years of Hematology / Oncology experience
Pediatric Hematology / Oncology experience
Pediatrics experience
PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care experience
Experience with Epic

Clinical Experience / Skills

Administration of blood and blood products
Care/management of ports
Central line blood draw
Central line / implanted line care
Peripheral line care/management
Phlebotomy
Start IVs
Pediatric dosage calculations
TPN/Lipids
Administer/monitor chemo
Body fluid handling post chemo
Symptom management
Assist with lumbar puncture
Neuromuscular disease
Seizure disorders
Manage chest tubes
Oxygen delivery systems
Indwelling urinary catheter
