Overview

• Location: Spartanburg, South Carolina
• Employment type: Travel/Contract
• Shift: Night, 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
• Hours: 36 per week
• Start: ASAP
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Patient ratio: 1:6

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in South Carolina
• Long Term Acute Care (2 years of experience)
• Long Term Acute Care experience within the last year
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• NIHSS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Schedule and Assignment Details

• Weekend coverage as needed
• On-call required
• Floating within scope to lower levels of care based on critical staffing needs is expected
• Block scheduling is not available
• Local candidates are not accepted
• First-time travelers are accepted

Compliance and Pre-Start Requirements

• All requested time off must be included with the initial submission
• Photo ID required
• Social Security card required only if used for I-9 supporting documentation
• E-Verify proof or attestation required
• Background check, education verification, and transcript/diploma verification required
• South Carolina SLED criminal records search required
• TB screening and drug screening required
• Physical exam required
• COVID vaccination documentation required
• Seasonal flu documentation or declination may be required depending on start date
• Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B immunity/vaccination documentation required
• Respirator safety clearance required if respirator use is expected
• Employment application, skills checklist, and references required
• Orientation safety manual acknowledgement required
• Pass/fail testing acknowledgement required
• State license verification and Nursys verification required

• Shaving may be required to pass fit testing
• Attendance policy applies; excessive missed shifts may lead to contract review or cancellation
