Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics

Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Hinton, West Virginia
• Night shift: 3x12 or 4x12, 19:00–7:30
• 36 hours per week
• 13-week contract
• Adults, with potential for pediatric patients
• Float required within scope of practice
• Every other weekend required
• Blocked scheduling cannot be accommodated
• Flu vaccine required; declinations are not accepted
• Medical and religious exemptions may be approved case by case
• Must reside at least 75 miles from the facility; locals are not accepted

Required Qualifications

• Valid Respiratory Therapist license in West Virginia
• Respiratory Therapist (2 years of experience)
• Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• Driver's License
• Assignment confirmation must be signed within 24 hours of offer
• Must submit the required coversheet with the application packet

• Employee health attestation and instructions packet
• Fit test review
• Quick badge instructions signed and dated prior to start
• Proof of flu vaccine upload or approved exemption submission during flu season
• Proof of OSHA respirator medical evaluation completion
• Proof of TB risk assessment completion
• Proof of TB results upload
• TrackMyVerivax portal instructions
• Physical exam or physician note within 1 year prior to start, showing clear to work and no restrictions
• Fit mask completion onsite
• Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap within 10 years
• Negative TB or chest X-ray within 1 year
• Rubeola, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, and Hepatitis B documentation
• Drug screen within 30 days of start
• 2 references within 1 year of start
• Complete application/resume with education and work history
• 7-year work history verification
• West Virginia APS/CPS search results
