Role details

Stroke Thrombectomy and Trauma Center experience is listed for this RN assignment
On-call is required, including some weekday nights, weekends, and holidays
Typical on-call frequency is 6–8 shifts per month
Must pass a tele test to remain on assignment, with a maximum of 2 attempts

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in California
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Interventional Radiology experience within the last year
1 year or more of total travel experience
1 year of experience in Interventional Radiology
Experience with thrombectomy
Trauma experience
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
NIHSS
Driver's License

Driver’s license or state ID with address, front and back copy
7-year background search within 30 days of start, including county criminal search, national criminal search, sex offender search, FACIS 3, OIG/GSA, and OFAC
EPLS/GSA/SAM within 30 days of start and then monthly
HHS/OIG within 30 days of start and every 30 days thereafter
NURSYS verification
Badge photo with white background and shoulders included
Online orientation
Flu declination form if applicable
Physical exam within 1 year of start and updated annually
Fit mask within 12 months of start
Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start and updated annually
TB questionnaire for past positive TB
Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunity or vaccination documentation
Negative 9-panel drug screen within 30 days prior to start

Flu vaccination documentation or declination as applicable
