Role Overview
- Travel/Contract assignment in Seattle, Washington.
- Start date: ASAP.
- Schedule: 5x8s (11:00–19:00) or 4x10s (11:00–21:00).
- Weekend coverage may be needed.
- Call coverage is not likely, but may be needed.
- Floating possible to Cherry Hill.
Required Qualifications
- Anesthesia Technician with 2 years of experience.
- Anesthesia Technician experience within the last year.
- One completed travel assignment.
- BLS issued by the American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation.
Preferred / Additional Notes
- Perm candidates from other Providence facilities outside Swedish may be eligible for a travel contract if separated for at least 3 months.
- Active compact license is honored for Swedish facilities.
- Float policy acknowledgement is required.
- Fit mask clearance is required for travel starts.
- RespSafety clearance is required for travel starts.
- References: minimum of 2 references covering 1 year of employment total within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting.
- Employment application must include at least the last 5 years of employment.
- Skills checklist is required for the applicable unit.
- Photo for badge is not required for this facility.
