Required Qualifications

Certified Surgical Technologist with 2 years of experience
Certified Surgical Technologist experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
CST
Cataract experience
ENT experience

Schedule Requirements

Call required: 4 hours, 2 times per week

Pre-Start Requirements

Review and sign job and workplace documents before start
Complete required background screening and health documentation before start
Unit-specific skills checklist required
Full 7-year work history must be included in the application with no gaps
