Location: Orange, California
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day, 4x10s, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
Hours: 40 per week
Start date: Must be able to start 9/14

Role Details

Procedure center RN supporting inpatient and outpatient pediatric patients, with adults on rare occasions
Fast-paced environment
General surgery experience is required
Candidate should have experience across the majority of the listed specialty areas, which include minor surgical cases, endoscopy, GI, pulmonary, ENT, plastics, ophthalmology, urology, dentistry, oncology
Willing to train to endoscopy if needed

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in California
Pediatrics OR - Operating Room (2 years of experience)
Pediatrics OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience in a(n) Acute Care or Outpatient setting
General surgery experience
Endoscopy experience

Schedule Expectations

Call is required
Weekend coverage is required
No floating
