Overview

• Travel/Contract RN role in Wichita Falls, Texas.
• Primarily supports Med Surg and must be agreeable to floating.
• 13-week contract.
• Night shift: 19:00–7:00.
• Schedule may alternate between 36-hour and 48-hour weeks.
• 84 hours biweekly with a 72-hour guarantee.
• Weekends are required as needed, and may include most weekends during the contract.
• Block scheduling may be accommodated, but set schedules cannot be approved.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Texas.
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
• PCU - Progressive Care Unit (2 years of experience).
• PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year.
• Med Surg experience.
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• NURSYS verification.
• Background check.
• EPLS/GSA/SAM.
• HHS/OIG.
• Orientation Safety Manual acknowledgement.
• State License 1 verification.
• Competency exam.
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam.
• Physical exam.
• Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap.
• Negative TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Rubeola (Measles).
• Mumps.
• Rubella.
• Hepatitis B.
• Varicella.
• Drug testing.
• Flu seasonal vaccination/documentation.
• COVID vaccination documentation.
• 2 references.
• Employment application/resume.
• Skills checklist.
