Interventional Radiology

Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Seattle, Washington
• 13-week assignment
• Day shift: 4x10 hours, 7:00–17:30
• 40 hours per week
• First-time travelers accepted
• Floating required to First Hill Campus for regular shifts and call coverage

Required Qualifications

• Valid Interventional Radiology Technologist license in Washington
• Interventional Radiology Technologist (1 year of experience)
• Interventional Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• ARRT (R)
• Experience working with stroke teams or strong neurovascular experience
• Y-90 chemo delivery experience
• GI bleeds experience
• TPA experience
• Vein sampling experience
• Phase 2 recovery experience
• Cryoablations experience
• Biopsies experience
• GI procedures experience
• GU/Renal procedures experience

Preferred

• 1 year of experience

Schedule / Call

• Call required: 2 full weekends in a 6-week period and 9 weeknights

Unit / Clinical Focus

• IR Tech role
• Unit procedures and responsibilities include Y-90 chemo delivery, GI bleeds, TPA, vein sampling, phase 2 recovery, and cryoablations
• Patient diagnoses include biopsies, GI, GU/Renal, Peripheral Vascular, Pulmonary, CT, Endovascular Lab, and Stent Placement
• 50/50 inpatient/outpatient mix

• Documentation system: EPIC
