CT Technologist Position - Traverse City, Michigan

Job Details

• Position: CT Technologist
• Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
• Shift: Days, 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Weekend Requirement: Every 4th weekend
• Holidays: Required
• On-Call: No
• Contract Length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• CT Technologist with at least 1 year of experience, including experience within the last year
• Associate Degree in Applied Science
• ARRT CT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, CT specialty) certification
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, active at start date; AHA or American Red Cross accepted

Health and Compliance Requirements

• Proof of MMR vaccination or positive titer
• Proof of Varicella vaccination or positive titer (history not accepted)
• Negative TB test within last 6 months (preferred: T-spot or QuantiFERON) or 2-step skin test completed properly; if positive, chest X-ray and TB screening questionnaire required
• Influenza vaccine required from November 1 through April 30 (no declinations accepted; medical/religious exemptions allowed with agency letterhead)
• Fit for Duty health statement completed within 1 year of start date
• Drug screen results within 90 days prior to start
• Ishihara compliant color vision exam (optional)

Onboarding and Documentation Requirements

• Completed parking form (specific to facility onboarding) within 48 hours of offer acceptance
• Driver’s license or state ID
• Social Security card (upload within 24 hours of offer acceptance)
• Resume, skills checklist, and contact information
• Minimum of 2 professional references from managers, supervisors, or charge roles (attestations not accepted)
• Criminal background check within 90 days, including 7-year national criminal, sex offender, and FACIS Level 3 searches; no pending counties accepted
• Education and employment verifications (at least 2 employers over 2 years) matching resume; attestations not accepted
• OIG, OFAC, and National Sex Offender searches within 90 days, including all aliases
• Completed I-9 attestation
• Emergency contact form
• Signed healthcare system agreement within 24 hours of offer acceptance
• Core competency exams (OSHA & JC) and skill-specific competencies completed at hire

• No guaranteed hours; overtime available after 40 hours
