Work Schedule
- 36 hours per week
- Day/Night rotating shifts
- Every other week (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) rotation
Specialty & Experience Requirements
- Specialty: Registered Nurse (RN) in Oncology with focus on Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) / Cell Therapy
- Minimum 1+ years of travel experience required
- Strong hematology/oncology experience in high-acuity inpatient settings preferred
- Additional desirable experience:
- BMT experience
- CAR T-cell therapy experience
- ONS chemo-immunotherapy certification
- Experience with inpatient oncology research patients
- Oncology Certified RN (OCN) credential
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Massachusetts
- Minimum 1 year of Bone Marrow Transplant experience within the last year
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Hematology / Oncology experience
Additional Notes
- No religious or medical exemptions allowed for N95 fit testing
- Fit testing cannot be performed onsite; must be completed prior to start
- Positive TB test requires negative chest x-ray documentation (optional but recommended)
- Name change documentation required if legal name differs from credential documentation
- Candidate submission coversheet required for initial assignment and new facility submissions
This position is ideal for experienced oncology RNs with a strong background in BMT/Cell Therapy and travel nursing experience seeking a 13-week assignment in a high-acuity inpatient setting with rotating day/night shifts.
