Job Details

• Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Monday, Thursday, Friday | 11:00 AM – 11:30 PM
• Hours: 36 hours per week
• On-Call: No call required

Required Qualifications

• MRI Technologist with at least 1 year of experience, including experience within the last year
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Valid professional license for MRI Technician in Massachusetts (Primary Source Verification required within 30 days of start; conditional licenses not accepted)
• N95 Fit Test within 365 days of start date, updated annually (no exemptions allowed)
• Respirator Medical Clearance Attestation if fit test required
• Documentation of immunity or vaccination for Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (MMR)
• TB test documentation within 3 months of start date (skin test or blood test), updated if break >6 months; positive TB skin test requires documentation of a negative chest X-ray after the positive test
• Physician Health Statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start, updated if break >6 months
• Criminal background check within 45 days prior to start, updated if break >6 months
• Massachusetts CORI check within 30 days prior to start, updated if break >6 months
• Social Security Number trace covering last 7 years
• National Sex Offender Registry check within 30 days prior to start, updated annually
• Exclusion checks (OIG, GSA, MassHealth, NH Medicaid) within 30 days prior to start, updated annually
• Resume including past 7 years of work experience with city and state
• Two professional references within 4 years, including at least one supervisor or higher in the skillset
• Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission
• Confirmation of Assignment/POI form required for initial assignment and extensions
• Candidate submission coversheet required for initial submission and new facility submissions
• Name change documentation may be required if credential names do not match legal name
• Fit testing must be completed prior to start; cannot be performed onsite
• No religious or medical exemptions allowed for fit testing
• Background checks include international residence or travel exceeding 30 consecutive days within the last 7 years
• All required documents must be updated as specified if there are breaks in employment or assignment longer than 6 months
