On-call/weekend requirement: 1 week and weekend on call monthly
Coverage area: Richland County and surrounding counties

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Ohio
Home Health experience within the last year
1 year of Home Health experience
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Case Management experience
