Job Opportunity: Emergency Department Nurse (Contract)

Location: Lincoln City, Oregon
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Department Description

Work in the Emergency Department providing care for patients with a wide range of needs, from non-critical to emergent medical conditions.
Care includes emergent and urgent mental health situations.
Patient population includes walk-ins and emergency transport arrivals.
Staff are certified to care for critical cardiac and trauma patients, including pediatric cases.

Qualifications & Requirements

Current, unencumbered Oregon RN license required at time of application.
Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required.
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification required.
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification required.

Pros

I loved it the hospital was small the patients were not much to handle and people were friendly.

Cons

Someone tried to walk into my hotel room while I was sleeping and had the do not disturb sign on the door. Very creepy.
