Behavioral Health - Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP)

Location: Aberdeen, Washington
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

Schedule: Dayshift, 40 hours per week
Shift Hours: 8-hour shifts, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Role: Provide, coordinate, and direct individualized Substance Use Disorder treatment for assigned patients
Responsibilities include conducting psycho-educational lectures, individual and group counseling, and documenting patient progress in medical records
Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
Reports to Clinical Supervisor

Required Qualifications

Current Washington State Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) license
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Behavioral Health Technician, including experience within the last year
Minimum 2 years of experience in addiction treatment (Substance Use Disorder/Addiction treatment)
Educational background equivalent to at least a two-year degree
Trainees with at least 1800 hours of work experience in Substance Use Disorder/Addiction treatment and an active SUDP license as a counselor by the State of Washington are also eligible
