Required Qualifications

Valid California RN license
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
BLS certification
ACLS certification
3 years of Utilization Review experience
Utilization Review experience within the last year
Experience with utilization management

Housing

Housing recommendations are available in Arcata and nearby areas within a 30-mile radius of the hospital, at additional cost
