Location: Show Low, Arizona

Hours: 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN)
• ACLS
• BLS
• NIHSS
• At least 2 years of experience in the specialty

Preferred Qualifications

• PALS

Job Details

• Med Surg/Tele travel nurse role
• 24-bed unit with Tele capability on all beds
• Heavy Tele focus
• Adults and pediatrics are on the unit, but travelers do not take pediatric patients
• Strong neuro and cardiac skills needed
• Float to all Med Surg units and ICU for Med Surg overflow patients
• Nurse-to-patient ratios: 1:5 days, 1:6 nights, 1:4 pediatrics, depending on acuity
• Hospitalist in house 24/7
• No IV team
• Respiratory therapist 24/7
• Pharmacy 24/7
• Scrubs are not provided
• Any scrub color is allowed except all black
