Registered Nurse (ER Float to Med Surg) - Travel Assignment

Location: Greenfield, Iowa
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights (1900-0700)
Hours: 12 hours per day, 36 hours per week
Schedule: Every 3rd weekend

Job Overview

• Provide nursing care in a Level 4 Emergency Room with approximately 17 beds.
• Patient ratio in ER is 4:1, with an average of 8-12 patients per day.
• Must float 50/50 between Emergency Room and Medical-Surgical units.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an ER Registered Nurse.
• Active Iowa RN license or compact license.
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC.
• Prior travel experience preferred.
• Experience in Critical Access Hospitals (CAH) highly preferred.

Additional Information

• Night shift with every third weekend coverage.
• Must be able to float between ER and Med Surg units equally.
