Physical Therapist (PT) Travel Position

Location: Bridgton, Maine
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Facility Overview

• Critical access hospital with 25 beds
• Trauma Level III emergency care available 24/7
• Services include medical-surgical, oncology, hematology, podiatry, orthopedics, cardiology, diagnostic services, radiology, and diabetes education
• Patient population primarily outpatient with some inpatient cross-training
• Daily patient load approximately 10
• Electronic Health Record system: Cerner

Position Details

• Department: Physical Therapy Outpatient
• Role: Physical Therapist (PT)
• Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Weekly Hours: 40 (no weekend or call requirements)
• No float requirements
• No blocked scheduling
• Primarily outpatient with inpatient cross-training provided

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Maine (pending applications accepted)
• Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapist experience within the last year
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience with Home Exercise Programs
• Orthopedics experience

Additional Information

• No weekend or call shifts required
• Scrub color and dress code not specified
• No prior travel experience required
