RRT - Respiratory Therapy

Overview

• Travel assignment for an RT in Respiratory.
• 2 openings.
• Nights, 1800-0630.
• 36 guaranteed hours per week.
• 13-week assignment.
• Weekend and call requirements are as required by the facility.
• Float requirements are as required by the facility.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Missouri.
• Respiratory Therapist (4 years of experience).
• Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year.
• BLS issued by American Heart Association.
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association.
• NRP.
• PALS.
• Experience working with Adult patients.
• Experience working with Pediatric patients.
• Experience working with Neonate patients.
• Driver's License.
• Flu vaccination or Mercy approved exemption is required for all travelers from November 1-April 1; declinations are not accepted.

Preferred Qualifications

• Critical care experience.

Unit / Setting

• Floor: Respiratory.

Additional Details

• Night shift orients on day shift and must be available the entire week for orientation.
• EMR: EPIC.
• Scrub color: Black.
• Unacceptable attire: Torn clothes, open toed shoes, not wearing scrubs.
