CVOR Tech

Location: Winchester, Virginia Employment Type: Travel Contract Length: 13 weeks Openings: 1 Unit: Surgical Services (2 CVOR rooms)

Required Qualifications

Valid CVOR Technologist license in Virginia
CVOR Technologist with 2 years of experience
CVOR Technologist experience within the last year
BLS certification issued by American Heart Association (AHA only)
NBSTSA Certificate

Preferred:

Previous experience in open heart and major vascular procedures
Familiarity with CABG procedures, valve replacements/repairs, aortic surgery, structural heart procedures, and ECMO and mechanical circulatory support (varies by organization)

Schedule

Weekly guaranteed hours: 36
Shift hours: 6:15 AM to 4:45 PM for the first cardiac surgery case start, and 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM for all other cases
Weekends and holidays
On-call: 11 to 14 days in a 4-week schedule, including a weekend rotation
