Job Overview
- Location: Madison, Wisconsin
- Employment type: Travel
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: 12-hour shifts, 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
- Schedule: Every other weekend and holiday rotations

Required Qualifications
- Valid LPN / LVN license in Wisconsin
- Skilled Nursing (2 years of experience)
- Skilled Nursing experience within the last year
- BLS
- Med Surg experience
- Experience with Epic
Unit / Patient Population
- Adult inpatient rehabilitation patients with high-acuity needs
- Common cases include stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, amputations, and complex orthopedic injuries
- Patient ratio: 1:7
Work Setting
- Free-standing, 50-bed acute inpatient rehabilitation facility
- May be required to float to a satellite inpatient rehab facility within 20 minutes in the near future
Additional Notes
- Nurses are expected to assist CNAs and respond to call lights for patient safety
- Mandatory 30-minute unpaid break each shift unless approved otherwise
- Two 15-minute paid breaks are provided for a 12-hour shift
- Staff may not stay past shift end without approval
